Who we're looking for
We seek professionals with solid training — but above all, with the presence and care that define true support.
- Recognized certification (DONA, ICEA, DoulaMatch or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience or 10+ births/postpartum attended
- Committed to evidence-based care and respect for family choices
- Available to serve the greater Austin, TX area
- Clear, empathetic and professional communication
- Open to collaboration, feedback and continuous development
